Just stop by the Caterpillar Retirees Club Office any Friday morning between 9 a.m. and noon to pick up an application to fill out at our office located in the east wing of the East Peoria Park District building located at 201 Veterans Drive, East Peoria, Illinois. Or just call and leave a message on our office answering machine at (309) 699-5412 with your name and address and we will mail you an application to fill out and mail back.  We look forward to seeing you in the near future.
